  • Electro welded structure, complete of a stainless steel loading hopper with inspection cover. if the cover opens during the functioning, a micro switch will instantly stops the cake breaker.
  • The blade crushers mounted on the shaft expel the product and make it fall into its lower part.
  • The blade crushers disposition can be modified according to the dimension of the kibbled cake to be obtained.
  • Coperchio con micron di sicurezza.
  • The cake breaker is also complete of a visual and mechanical alarm fitted on the crusher shaft. If a foreign body enters the machine, the safety pin shears.
  • The cake breaker does not need to be lubricated: its special bushings and gears operate completely dry.
